2.3 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by ToyyibPay (web) or Apple App Store / Google Play Store (mobile apps). We do not store your credit card or banking details. We only receive confirmation of successful payments.

- Process payments for event unlocks
- Send transactional emails (payment confirmation, account verification)

4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider with servers located in Singapore (Southeast Asia region). All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

- Supabase: Database and authentication provider
- Vercel: Hosting provider
- ToyyibPay: Payment processing (web payments only)
- Apple / Google: In-app purchase processing (mobile app only)
We do not share your data with any other third parties without your consent, except when required by law.
6. Player Data
Player names entered into events are visible to anyone with the event link or code. Please ensure you have consent from participants before entering their names into the system. Player names are not linked to any personal account and are stored only as text.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: retained until you delete your account
- Event data: retained until you delete the event or your account
- Payment records: retained for 7 years as required by Malaysian law
- You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us
